This lighting study focuses on shape, texture and material through a restrained study of a single chair. The deep green palette keeps the composition visually simple, allowing the silhouette, quilted upholstery and slim metal frame to become the main points of interest.

The wider images establish the chair as a sculptural object, while the tighter crops move into the stitching, fabric and curvature of the backrest. Soft directional light and controlled shadow were used to reveal depth across the upholstery without losing the overall minimal feel, resulting in a series that feels calm, tactile and design-focused.
