An editorial still-life series exploring the different ways wealth is expressed, understood and pursued. Designer watches act as a recurring symbol of value and status, placed within environments associated with financial success, property, culture and lifestyle. Each image reframes the watch through a different idea of ownership and aspiration, questioning whether wealth is defined by what we own, what we achieve, or how we choose to spend our time.
Set against architectural plans, the watch becomes a symbol of property, permanence and long-term ownership. The image reflects a traditional idea of wealth built through assets and the security of having something tangible to call your own.
